THE LIVING YOGA MENTORSHIP

What to Expect

THE LIVING YOGA MENTORSHIP is an ongoing space for graduates to deepen their practice, refine their teaching, and continue walking the path of yoga in community. Through monthly mentoring, embodied practice, personalised sadhana, and open discussion, you'll receive guidance, accountability and inspiration as your practice continues to evolve.

❋ Monthly Live Mentoring

Join a live monthly mentoring session where we'll come together for practice, learning and discussion. Each gathering includes an embodied practice, exploration of a monthly theme, and dedicated time for questions, mentoring and shared inquiry.

❋ Personal Monthly Sadhana

Each month you will be offered a daily sadhana, one that works for your specific circumstances and capacity. This is a great way to keep some structure in your practice post training- with a little less intensity! Everyone will follow the same theme for the month, to keep the group energy consistent.

❋ Online Studio Access

Full free access to our complete library of classes, challenges and programs. We will use these classes as the basis for the monthly sadhana.

❋ Continuing Education

Continue to build on the foundations of your Yoga Teacher Training through ongoing study, reflection and practical application. Together we'll explore philosophy, teaching methodology, subtle body practices and the evolving art of living yoga. As part of this you will receive 15 hours ongoing professional development certification through Yoga Alliance.

❋ Deeper Practices & Initiations

As the mentorship unfolds, there may be opportunities to explore more advanced yogic practices, including mantra, meditation, pranayama, kriya and Ucchara. These teachings will be offered organically as they become relevant to the group and your individual development.

❋ A Space to Ask Questions

Whether you're navigating your own practice, teaching classes, or integrating the teachings into everyday life, you'll have a supportive space to bring your questions. No question is too big or too small, this is an opportunity to receive guidance within a trusted community.

  • This is an opportunity for you to stay connected to yoga as a living practice, one that you can weave into your life. We do this through the support of community, pratyahara & embodied practice.
