Sian Pascale is the founder of The Light Collective. She has a special way of teaching that needs to be experienced to be fully understood. Her connection with each and every student is warm and intuitive; aligning students to find connection to their own energy and spirituality in a way that is right for them. Her goal is to bring yoga back to its true purpose- a method of connecting with yourself, to find depth in your relationships with others and to align with and experience Universal Source Energy.
Our workshops are more like complete yoga experiences, with shrines, chanting, yoga and postures. We align these very sacred practises around the rhythms of the natural world- the Sun, the Moon, the Planets, the Tides and the Earth. All with the aim of connecting you to your deepest self. Our workshops are both grounding and expansive, steeped in tradition, but delivered in an accessible, modern way. All levels, ages and stages are welcome in our workshops. Our retreats in Victoria, Byron Bay and Bali run throughout the year and allow students the time and space away from the distractions of daily city living to reset and recharge. Every aspect of our retreats has been thoughtfully designed to allow you to get the most out of your time away. Each location has been carefully chosen for it’s natural beauty, connection to nature and high vibration. Each retreat is fully catered and we eat clean, nourishing mainly vegetarian whole foods. And our daily schedule supports you in understand how a natural, yogic rhythm can manifest powerful and positive changes in your life and overall health and wellbeing.
