“This year over Christmas I had a complete meltdown. The kind where you realise you have to change. You are carrying around years of pain and trauma and it is suffocating you from beingwho you truly are. Cue in the 21 day TLC yoga challenge. I admit I didn’t show up everyday, but I did most days. The shifts I have felt throughout this month’s practices have been life-changing. I have cried,screamed, jumped, chanted,flown, smiled, and laughed. This 21 day challenge was exactly what I needed to start this shift, and I can’t thank you enough. I look forward to coming to my mat and spending many more hours with TLC.”

“I've been wanting to get in contact for a while now to tell you how much me and my friend enjoyed the 21 days of intention. We used the online content each morning together. It was such a beautiful ritual of morning yoga. I've been living out of a van here and have set up an annex as a little yoga studio for us. I especially loved the journaling prompts and the variety of practices each day.It's helped us to create a daily practice together. We now love our 8.30am yoga session, which I sometimes guide, or we use the platform too and are taking it in turn to choose a practice. Thank you for all that you do! I've been teaching a lot and find that my membership gives me the opportunity to fill my own cup, so then I can share and give to others.”
