Tayeesha is a trained vinyasa, hot yoga, meditation and pranayama teacher based in the Dandenong Ranges. Her classes are often comprised of energetic and fiery flows, pranayama and kriya practices, but also vary with deeply grounding and intuitive slow flows. Tayeesha is passionate about creating an inclusive space in which students feel they are safe and held, empowering them to push further and explore deeper into themselves and their personal practice. 

Tell us something that people may not know about you

Tayeesha is a high school teacher, an avid collector of books (which she struggles to keep up with) and is completely obsessed with music and vinyl records. She also grew up with horses and used to ride competitively for around 20 years.

Manifest Your Goals - 30 mins

A strong, fiery practice inviting you to look forward towards the future, what you want from life and to help you manifest your goals. Moving through flows and working with energising pranayama and kriya practices to help cultivate your Tapas (self discipline).

Awaken with Breath - 10 mins

A short breath practice to help awaken your body and release stagnant energy. Great for the morning to fire up for your day ahead or for when you need to revitalise and re-energise your mind and body in the afternoon.

Grounding Slow Flow - 30 mins

A slow flow practice combining rolling, fluid movements and twists to help you ground and connect you back to your body and breath.
