And every day, the world will drag you by the hand, yelling, “This is important! And this is important! And this is important! You need to worry about this! And this! And this!” And each day, it’s up to you to yank your hand back, put it on your heart and say, No. This is what’s important.
— Iain Thomas

Sally is a trained Hatha, Vinyāsa, Yin, Meditation, Mantra, Pranayama Teacher. Her style is one that is emobided and slow. Her desire for her students is to experience, even for just a moment, the fullness of being alive. The tapestry of sensations that colour each moment, unique and exquisite. To follow this experience to its root and realise the pure consciousness beneath all of it.

WHAT STUDENTS are saying

Sally’s teachings on Polyvagal Theory are essential for anyone wishing to understand themselves in the context of the modern world and all that we humans are expected to be and achieve. Her clear, articulate and warm teaching style makes this information accessible for all, complemented by beautifully-led yoga practices that demonstrate the power of yoga to regulate our nervous systems. I can only hope Sally takes this crucial work beyond the yoga class and into workplaces and schools, particularly to those in leadership positions, as she is an embodied and informed advocate for change in the way we do work and life.

Sally is a world-class yoga teacher. If you’ve had the pleasure of practising with her, you know that from the first moment of each class until the last - you feel entirely held by her competence. She is articulate, generous with practice knowledge and genuine in her alignment with yogi principles. Her transitions help you tap into a true state of flow, while her guidance helps you discover pockets of stillness, reminding us that presence is far more rewarding than productivity.
