Monique is a trained Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha Yoga Teacher. Her style of teaching can be desrcibed as flowy, gentle and nourishing. Her desire is to create a sacred and safe space for her students to feel heard and to explore deeper levels and understand that there is more to yoga than just the physical.
Tell us something that people may not know about you
At the start of 2022 Monique moved from her home in Melbourne to Western Australia where she has been working and adventuring. She has also purchased a van for some travels in Europe!
For the past six years Monique has been working as a registered nurse and completed a post graduate in Paediatric Intensive Care. Recently she made the decision to study again and become a Naturopath.
