Georgia is trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, and Breathwork. Her teaching style is slower (which doesn’t always mean easy!) and steady with a focus on intentional movement and breath, offering students space, choice, and support to become curious about what feels right in their bodies, with all the tenderness they can muster.
