Emma is a yogi, women’s circle facilitator and botanical dye artist with over 600 hours of yoga teacher training and 7 years of teaching experience. She has completed training in Hatha, Yin, and a graduate certificate in prenatal/postnatal. She has completed The Method and Sacred Woman with The Light Collective. Her teaching style is Intentional; soft yet fiery and deep yet smooth. She wants her students to feel empowered, transcendent, connected and radiant.
Tell us something that people may not know about you
I have a degree in architecture and graduate certificate in sustainability, I was born in Canada and I am a botanical dye artist and love to use flowers as paint.

The intention of the class is to move out of the inertia of imposter syndrome into empowered and inspired action. Class ends with an invitation to take one inspired action and to come back to this practice whenever you feel like you need to shift your energy.
heart of nature Flow - 25 mins
Intention of this class is to attune and align your consciousness to that of all things to feel your pulse within the pulse of the universe. Great to do before time in nature. Inspired by the concept “the heart of nature” from the book “Evolutionary Herbalism” Sajah Potham. The heart of nature is the light of consciousness that is ever-present and within all things.
