The Gift of Breath Work Workshop

The breath is always with us. It keeps us alive. It effects our state of being. The mind, body and breath are intimately connected and all influence one another. The breath has an enormous power to remove stress, instil balance and peace within us. It also has the capacity to awaken enliven and empower our being, instilling us with confidence and presence. And when we go really deep into the breath it can allow us to transcend every day life and open us to deep states of meditation.

In this 1 hour workshop Sian demystifies the breath through philosophy, breath work practice and meditation. You can expect a fun, expansive and exploratory workshop, where you can discover the hidden energetic capacity of your own breath.

When: Saturday 9th November 2019

Time: 1.00 - 1.45pm
