The yogic tradition is one that extends far beyond teaching asana- it includes chanting mantra and energetic pranayama practices that lead the student into transcendent states of deep meditation. But for many students and teachers these paths remain a mystery.

Over the course of 3 days we will be unlocking and demystifying the practices of mantra, pranayama and meditation, guiding you to create effective yoga practices that reflect your style of teaching whilst artfully bringing in deeper elements. To understand and teach from the heart we must feel, that is why this course is about embodied practices- knowing from experience builds a confidence and an authenticity in you.

Surrounded by contemporaries and like minded people you will be supported and mentored in finding your voice as a teacher and building confidence so that you can teach these traditional yogic practices in your classes and sessions.

Each day we start with a complete sadhana- a morning practise that incorporates asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation. We move through the modules throughout the day including workshopping ways these can be incorporated into classes.
