Come join us for our Full Moon Yoga and Sound Journey. Collaborating with Inner Soul Sounds we will be going on a journey of yoga movement, breathwork, soundscape healing and deep meditation.

Together we will explore with the vibration of the full moon in earthy, creative VIRGO and understand how it's astrological position may be affecting our lives. We will be working with movement and powerful breathwork to live drumming and other sacred instruments. Inner Soul Sounds and Sian Pascale will then guide you through a meditation of ancient sounds, mantra and deep relaxation.

Monergy exchange: $50
What to bring: Your yoga mats, a cushion and a blanket for meditation. Feel free to bring crystals or any sacred object to contribute to the shrine.

Inner Soul Sounds grew up surrounded by the power of music. His intuitive self exploration and study into tribal sounds created an expression for his own personal healing journey, inspiring him to share these gifts with as many people as possible. His musical repertoire extends from the hand pand, to drums, crystal bowls and even the harp- being drawn to all instruments that connect the listener to the vibration that exists behind all things.

The Light Collective Full Moon practises allow you to dive deep giving you the space to check in on the life you are creating for yourself and the effects of your intentions. More than just a yoga practice- we combine asana, mantra, pranayama and meditation to create an experience that is immersive and soulful.
