Full Moon Yoga- Deep and Primal Kundalini

Accessing inner freedom and spontaneous vitality through an untamed and ancient practice of energetic movement, breath work and meditation, that aligns with the Deep energy of the Scorpio Moon.

In this workshop we access the primordial energy of kundalini through untamed movement, fierce pranayama and deep meditations. Be prepared to turn up the heat in your body and breath through guided primal movement, breath and sound practices.

The kundalini kriya techniques in this workshop will move us through experiences of intense power and release, leading us into states of lush spaciousness and deep stillness. An experience where the yoga mat becomes a space of ceremony- a ritual journey into the wild and primal parts of ourselves that yearn for freedom and expression, through a safely guided yoga practice.

Allow yourself to connect to all that is earthy, wild and free in this and connect with the natural cycles of the moon.

Together we explore with the vibration of the full moon and understand how it's astrological position may be affecting our lives. Through the practice of specific breath exercises, mantra, yoga postures and meditations we align and attune ourselves to this energy, tapping into the more subtle aspects of our minds, bodies and our yoga practice.

Much more than a standard yoga class you can expect to shift energy, create new openings and be part of a group of conscious individuals ready to connect with themselves and each other in a grounded and authentic way.
