Last year A Space for Connection attracted around 500 yoga students! This year we are creating this beautiful collective positive energy on the 26th of January- Australia day to some, but a day of mourning for the indigenous people of Australia.
As a way of acknowledging this day we we are creating a yoga practise that gives space for people to connect to each other, and also to the land by practising yoga in a beautiful natural space. Together, through vinyasa flows, kundalini yoga, pranayama and meditation, we will lift our collective vibration, to create a space of inner peace, deep reflection and the opening for new beginnings. This practise is a chance to connect with conscious like minded individuals in a loving and meaningful way.
