Sadhana Month 8


This month the kriyas focus on an awakening and releasing around Swadhisthana and Anahata. Many of the practices will allow you space to release especially around the sacral region, but with this go gently. This area is a space where we can often hold a lot of trauma, especially for women as the space of the yoni is highly receptive. The release here is balanced with mantra which connects very much to the heart and also through its capacity to focus the mind, to Ajna.
