Sadhana Month 4

Overview:

As we move into month 4 the practices are settling in new ways. We notice resistance with greater clarity, change with more insight and where we are at with our journey with greater intensity. This practice combines seated and standing kriyas, and continues the energy from last month of balancing, fire and transcendance with some softer elements. It also brings with it the energing of sustaining power- to help us stay with our daily Sadhana and find strength and resilience in all aspects of life.
In this month you are also invited to give up coffee and alcohol.

Mornings
Kapala Bhati breath (min 1 minute)
Sudarshan Kriya 1 (3 rounds)
Sudarshan Kriya 2 (3 rounds)
Sudarshan Kriya 3 (3 rounds)
Ida Pingala Pranayama (2 minutes)
Hat Kriya (3 minutes)
Chi Warrior
Kundalini Serpa
Om Namo Narayanaya Kriya (3 minutes +)
