Sadhana Month 1

Welcome to our first month of training and Sadhana! Each month you will be given a new daily Sadhana with new kriyas, meditations and mantras to practice. This membership space is an opportunity for you to recap and go over the different practices and techniques.


Mornings:
Kapala Bhati 1min
Ego conqueror 2 min
Agni Saura Kriya 2 3 minutes
Activate and Cleanse Kriya 4 minutes
(10 mins approx)

Morning meditation 30 minutes

Morning or Day time:
Prana Vayu 2 minutes +
Warrior Breath 1, 2,3 for about 10 rounds
(5 mins approx)

Sacred Tara Mantra to be used at any time, as the monthly mantra

Afternoon/ Evening:
Brain Bija Kriya 7 mins min
Evening meditation 15 minutes
