This is one of our all time favourite methods of meditation. It is systematic relaxation technique that efficiently allows for healing, the removal of tensions and expansive states of being. The technique was created in the 1900s by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, who derived the method from ancient tantric practises, transforming them into a meditation for the modern yogi.

This yoga nidra practise takes you through a rotation of consciousness, a watching of the breath, and a visualisation that leads to you to your spirit guide.
