Mentorship Master Training
This annual training group is open to graduates of the Soulful Master Training and the Chakras Master Training. Over the course of one year students of the Mentorship Master Training program meet monthly, to be initiated into Himalayan Kundalini Kriya, Tantric and Vedic Meditation Techniques, as well as pranayama and mantra. The use of sacred sounds has been part of the yogic tradition for thousands of years- in fact sound was the primary mode of transference of the yogic teachings. When we tap into primordial and cosmic vibrations we can connect to deep states of meditation, transcendence and bliss. This course offers you several meditations, mantras and techniques to tap into sacred sound practices.
For many of us, in our busy lives there is an inability to let go from the actions of our day, release from stresses and anxiety. Our bodies have been designed to naturally move into that natural state of relaxation in the evenings that promote states of rest and ultimately the healing powers of deep sleep. Yet this ability to relax and sleep can be so elusive. In this course we offer you guided meditations for winding down, releasing from the day and finding the sleep that you desire.
The perfect beginners tool for those who want to to learn simple, yet highly effective breathing techniques that lead to greater states of calm and centring. Every month the moon waxes to fullness and wanes to complete darkness, it’s vibrational pull affecting the tides, the bounty of the soils and the consciousness of both animals and humans. A woman’s life is marked by cycles, each stage of her life is also mirrored in her monthly cycle, making her spiritual, physical and emotional needs completely different to that of men’s. In this course we offer techniques and practices that support women in all stages, including fertility, birthing, PMS and menopause.
