Clients can cancel their own appointments from their appointment confirmation page, or a button in their confirmation email.
Alternatively, please login to the scheduling page below, find the event and cancel your place from there. After an appointment is cancelled it cannot be un-cancelled (cancellation is permanent).
credits & REFUNDS
Unfortunately, after cancelling an event or workshop our booking system does not refund or supply credit to your account automatically.
If you cancel your booking within 24hrs of an event, unfortunately there is no refund or credit
If you need to cancel within 24hrs of a booking due to a medical emergency, please email us at: email@example.com
If you need to cancel your booking and have given us more than 24hrs notice, we can book you into the next event which is of the same equivalent value. Please email us to arrange: firstname.lastname@example.org . We are no longer able to provide credit notes
