Clients can cancel their own appointments from their appointment confirmation page, or a button in their confirmation email.

Alternatively, please login to the scheduling page below, find the event and cancel your place from there.

After an appointment is cancelled it cannot be un-cancelled (cancellation is permanent).

credits & REFUNDS

Unfortunately, after cancellations our booking system does not refund or supply credit to your account automatically.

  • If you have cancelled your class outside of our 24 hour late cancellation window please email us for a credit.
  • If you need to cancel due to a medical condition and cannot make another class, please email us for a refund.
