A retreat designed specifically to nurture and hold women in sacred space, set in beautiful rustic luxury in the middle of the Byron Bay Hinterlands. Over 5 days we connect to the rhythms of the natural world, the rainforest, the stars and the ocean. We learn ancient Shakti yoga practices- derived from the Tantras. We are held by a beautiful team and guided through daily feminine practices of yoga, breathwork, meditations, chanting, and nature walks. Every meal is meticulously prepared by our in house chef- healthy, delicious and suited to all body types. This is an opportunity to rewild, to rest, to regain your energy and spirit, to go deep into yourself and to learn about the Divine Feminine.

Our Day:

Each day we arise together in the mornings for sunrise over the ocean and to begin our sacred practice of mantra and awakening our highest self through Vedic Meditation techniques. We then honour the 4 Cardinal Directions, connecting to the Earth and all that it means to be in tune with Gaia- Mother Nature.

Through feminine flows and tantric feminine sacred practices we move through embodied flows and energy shifting breath work.
After this is a divine breakfast- wholesome, nurturing and delicious, all cooked by our in house chef.
We have time for journalling, drawing resting and reading.

Yoga Nidra, gentle Yin Yoga as well as trips to the beach and the local sacred natural waterfalls and pools are all woven in to our days. Every evening we have a chance to sit in circle, to listen to stories and share and connect with the women around us. Fires, star gazing, and singing of sacred song, we have the chance to rewild, drop in and disconnect from our usual roles, and responsibilities… so we can remember who we are and what we are here to do.

You will need to find your way to the retreat centre, we find that car hire is the best option, and we send an email to all retreat participants so you can choose to car pool. Our retreat centre is around 45 minutes drive from either Gold Coast or Bryon/Ballina airports. The site is on the mountain surrounded by rainforest and can be particularly rough in spots. A 4WD is not necessary but smaller front wheel drive cars may find it difficult. Check with us close to your arrival for an updated report on road and weather conditions.
