Join us for our next Byron Bay Yoga Sanctuary. Set in the most stunning location, this undiscovered luxury boutique home is in the middle of national park rainforest, atop a mountain range that overlooks the Byron Bay hinterlands and the ocean. Be prepared to embrace the wildness and majesty of this incredible location and discover your own internal life force, a vitality and vibrancy that comes from powerful yoga practises and a deep connection to nature. We will be tuning in to the energy of the natural world over the 5 days and 4 nights of our stay.

In the mornings we will practise yoga flows, pranayama and qi gong to shift and create more energy. In the afternoons we will take the time to relax into yin style yoga practises, guided meditations and yoga nidra. Throughout the day you are invited to walk through the surrounding rainforest, climb the mountain, explore local waterfalls and pools, drive to the beach, laze by the pool and read, or just enjoy the sounds of the birds, the breeze and the distant ocean from the deck. Evenings will be spent stargazing, in the jacuzzi, chanting, storytelling and resting, with a fire ceremony and full moon practise planned on the Saturday night. Our food is all locally sourced, seasonal and vegetarian (with some fish options.) Expect healthy, delicious meals that support your practises and nourish you and connect you to your own bodies rhythms and cycles. Eating times are all part of our practises and they become a sacred act of sharing, connecting and being part of an intimate group setting.

This is an opportunity to reconnect to your wild self in the luxury and comfort of a beautiful place.

getting there

You will need to find your way to the retreat centre, we find that car hire is the best option, and we send an email to all retreat participants so you can choose to car pool. Our retreat centre is around 45 minutes drive from either Gold Coast or Bryon/Ballina airports. The site is on the mountain surrounded by rainforest and can be particularly rough in spots. A 4WD is not necessary but smaller front wheel drive cars may find it difficult. Check with us close to your arrival for an updated report on road and weather conditions.
